Active Citizens : Virgin Voters

With a general election looming, Scouting is looking for youth members (aged 14-25) to participate in Active Citizens: Virgin Voters. The event takes place on 13 March from 11am to 1pm at the Belgrave Rooms, 25 Goldsmith Street, NOTTINGHAM! Visit the National Website for more details.

Apex Challenge 10th/11th April 2010

Entries are invited for this popular overnight adventure competition at Sherwood Pines for around 75 teams of four Explorers, with prizes! It's a brilliant event with Incidents that you simply don't get anywhere else. Teamwork and a good strategy are crucial as the Apex Chasers need to be avoided or points could be taken away. Dragnet 2nd/4th July 2010

The Dragnet Challenge is to make your way through a narrow corridor of land in the Cumbrian Lake district covering a distance of around 35 miles. On the way you must avoid capture from teams of experienced catchers. See the Dragnet website for more details and to apply on line.
